at Roka, your role is to ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Be the face of Roka and create exceptional first impressions!
Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant, celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience
Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
Keep the reception area spotless and inviting
Assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
