Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Account Manager should have:
- A proven track record in sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A self-motivated attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing market within Perth.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
