About the Role:
As a Pricing Analyst in the automotive aftermarket, you’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategies that support our commercial goals. You’ll analyze internal and external data, collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams, and deliver insights that boost profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies to grow market share and profit.
* Analyze data to support pricing decisions and identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with teams on cost, demand, and competitor analysis.
* Present pricing recommendations to management and sales.
* Improve pricing processes and team efficiency.
What do you bring as a Pricing Analyst?
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* You have a background in Product Management or Business Development within the Automotive Aftermarket segment (preferred).
* You are commercially driven.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* You have strong analytical skills to drive insights.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are fluent in English.
* You are able to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Team:
You will join an international team of Pricing Analysts located in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. You’ll collaborate daily as one unified team.
