About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in Madrid. This role is key to attracting and securing the best talent to help us grow sustainably across our international markets. Responsibilities :
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and technical roles (Engineering, Project Development, Commercial, Corporate).
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure the best hiring decisions.
* Build proactive talent pipelines and source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms (Bizneo).
* Promote our employer brand in line with ABEI Energy’s values and mission.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
* Contribute to strategic People & Culture projects, such as onboarding, internal mobility, and other initiatives.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or international environments.
* Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we also value experience in engineering, industrial, or technology sectors.
* Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and partner with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (professional level).
* Strong sourcing skills, interview capabilities, and employer branding mindset.
* Team spirit, curiosity, and a hands-on, proactive approach.
