Userguest is a Venture Capital-backed company providing very innovative solutions to independent, boutique, hotel groups and hotel chains. Userguest’s software helps hotels improve their website performance and better convert their visitors into bookings. As Userguest accelerates its growth, we are seeking the ideal candidate join our Account management team – EMEA based. The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management and mostly search engine marketing (SEM – Google ads and Facebook). Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

Userguest is currently looking for a SEM Account Manager to join our team and work on new exciting Userguest is currently looking for a Paid Ads Manager – Account Director to join our team and lead new exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a growing team of Paid Ads Managers working across different languages and markets.
· Manage and optimize Google Ads, META, GHA campaigns for our key clients, ensuring performance excellence.
· Oversee the delivery of Google Ads, META (Facebook/Instagram), GHA campaigns and provide strategic direction.
· Monitor team performance, ensuring best practices, high-quality execution, and continuous improvement.
· Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience.
· Implement efficient processes, identify areas of improvement, and drive operational excellence within the team.
· Ensure regular reporting and strategic reviews with clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively bringing new ideas and solutions to maximize client results.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, etc.) to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management (essential) and solid knowledge of Meta Ads.
· Strong background in account management with key clients, ideally within hospitality tech or digital marketing agencies.
· Previous experience managing and growing a team, with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
· Proficient in English (Spanish, French or another European language is a strong plus).
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
· Solid understanding of e-commerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
· Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
