Role Purpose
As a NetOps Engineer, you will join the Network Operations team to deploy, operate, and maintain IP networks and mobile core infrastructures. You will ensure high service availability, reliability, and performance in a dynamic, business‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain IP networking and mobile packet core infrastructures
* Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution
* Perform advanced troubleshooting and escalate to R&D when required
* Collaborate with the NOC and global cross‑functional teams
* Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Protocols:
* Diameter LTE Signalling (S6a, S5, S8)
* RADIUS
* Diameter Gy/Gx
* GTP v1/v2
* SIGTRAN
* SCCP
* SIP
Requirements
* Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IP Networking, xsgfvud or equivalent experience
* Strong hands‑on knowledge of IP networking, routing fundamentals, and telco environments
* English level C1 or higher (mandatory)
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Experience working in complex network infrastructures
Hybrid Work Model
* 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home per week
* Office located in Sant Joan d’Espí (Barcelona)
