At Cosentino, we are looking for a City Center Specialist to join our City Center located in Mallorca. The City Centers exemplify Cosentino’s commitment to the AD community. The City Center is the hub of our commercial model, aiming to provide an aspirational experience that attracts and inspires Designers, End Consumers, Architects, and other partners. It also showcases the versatility of our materials and brands.
What you will do
As the City Center Specialist, you will assist with daily operations in the Cosentino City showroom. Your responsibilities include guest relations, customer service, event coordination, and visiting customer accounts. The goal is to identify and generate sales leads, collaborate with the local sales team to follow up and convert these leads into sales and projects, develop relationships with specific accounts, and promote our showrooms within targeted industries such as builders, architects, and designers. You will proactively network and find business opportunities through events hosted at our City Center.
Sales Responsibilities
1. Welcome and engage customers to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
2. Assist walk-in customers and manage appointments.
3. Support customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to understand the benefits of Cosentino products.
4. Build relationships with local design firms through face-to-face visits and generate sales accordingly.
5. Support the sales team with sample shipments, stock checks, and highlighting stock issues.
6. Collaborate with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase showroom traffic and leads.
7. Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
Organization and Administration Responsibilities
1. Filter potential leads via phone and forward only promising ones.
2. Plan and organize events, ensuring qualified attendance.
3. Execute event logistics, including invitations, catering, and publicity.
4. Maintain daily records of customer visits in Salesforce.
5. Ensure the showroom's cleanliness and proper maintenance of furniture, equipment, and marketing materials.
6. Manage showroom supplies and equipment.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to suppliers.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in sales, 1+ year in a retail showroom environment with proven success in lead generation and sales conversion. Preferably 2+ years in the interior design industry.
Knowledge: Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service; knowledge of the building or decoration market is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or similar preferred.
