At Cheil, we are looking for an Account Director to lead and develop integrated campaigns for national and international clients. This role requires a clear strategic and business vision, the ability to foster strong client partnerships, and the drive to expand our operations and deliver impactful campaigns across channels.
Your role at Cheil: Account Director (Marketing & Advertising)
¿What will be your challenges and responsibilities at Cheil? ¿What do we expect from you?
* Client relationship management: Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
* Growth & new business: Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients, as well as generating new opportunities for the agency.
* Team leadership & project delivery: Lead the accounts team and oversee the delivery of assigned client projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
* Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, media, and other internal teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality projects.
* Budget management: Monitor financial performance, manage account budgets, ensure project profitability, and oversee billing and reconciliations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in account management within advertising or creative agencies.
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, driving projects to successful completion.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change.
* Self-motivated and accountable, capable of managing responsibilities independently.
* Experience with complex 360º campaigns
* High level of English.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.
