**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
**2. Customer Service**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
- Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
**3. Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
**4. Sales and Financial Management**:
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.
- Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
**5. Fleet Management**:
- Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
**6. Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
- Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
