Join our team at La Roca Village and help shape the future of our digital strategy across performance marketing and guest engagement.- In this key role, you’ll support the Digital Manager in executing integrated campaigns, analysing performance, and driving innovation across paid media, social platforms, and web analytics — all to enhance the experience of our domestic and international guests
**About the role**
Your primary focus will be to support our Digital team and Digital Manager in developing and executing the digital strategy across in-market and performance marketing channels.
Digital Media Execution
Providing the RSA ad copies and landing pages, supporting the Digital Manager, offline/online Direct to Consumer integrated paid Marketing campaigns to growth in domestic and international guests.- Support the Digital Manager and with local and international media agency to ensure the monthly media plan is executed and running.- Full deploy communications plans across digital channels:
Google search, YouTube and be aware of opportunities with other SEM platforms (Bing).- Prepare creatives, including relevant and personalised copy and segmentation analysis for B2C.- Set up paid social media campaigns, aligning content, to consistently innovate, experiment and increase qualified footfall and sales with new social media platforms that are relevant to our targets audiences, both national and international in destination.- Be the main responsible of creating key reports on GA4 about how our users interact and engage with our website content.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative data reports that are relevant for business decisions such as product trends in our site, engagement across campaigns and others.- Review & build events and audiences within GA4 that can be implemented through Google Tag Manager for a tailor-made Paid Media Strategy.- Be a ‘connecting-the-dots’ person to fully complete the digital journey from Paid Media to Website and conversion into the Village.- Design and run A/B tests to validate your ideas with real users, collaborating closely with designers, content team, and business analysts to bring your experiments to life.
Analytics
This role is meant to be a key position to understand the impact of the media channels (including own, earned and paid media) on the business KPIs.- Strong knowledge of PowerBI, Salesforce, GA4 and similar tools.- Performance Monitoring and Insight Generation:
Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness and interaction of our guests, and their alignment with overall organizations’ commercial strategy.- Analyze trends in platform performance and customer behavior to identify areas for optimization and innovation, supporting continuous improvement.- Dive deep into the data of high-performance campaigns to find patterns that ensure their ongoing success.
**Role requirements**
Ideal experience and skills:
- At least +5 years of work experience to a similar role.- Proven Digital knowledge (GA4, GTM, landings, funnel conversion) and expertise main advertising formats (display, PPC etc).- Proven luxury brands knowledge- Digital Cross-Selling and the intent to travel correlation- Master digital formats, core metrics, tracking tools, ROI, ROAS measurement, (CPC, CPA,
etc).- Good copywriting and production skills- Excellent organisational skills- Ability to work under pressure- Attention to detail and ability to manage you own workload- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Self-starter, self-motivated, as well as a team player- Excellent report writing, analytical and project management and delivery skills- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate at senior level- Good presentation skills and presence with a broad cosmopolitan mind-set- Fluent in English and Local Village language
