Enterprise Account Executive Job We are growing our Enterprise Sales team locally and looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for engaging with Enterprise prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
Responsible for finding leads, understanding the needs of our Enterprise prospects, presenting our delightful product, driving sales and managing key customer relationships until they sign the contract.
Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method – making the prospect experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high‑touch strategy that suits each prospect (Soft).
Help us grow and improve as a company by being a real team player, challenging us to improve our product(s), methods and strategy, and getting involved in other projects and initiatives.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience selling to Large/Enterprise companies.
B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish.
Ability to create a high‑touch strategy adapted to each prospect.
Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
Humility in learning from others and being challenged on your actions.
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building.
Willing to go the extra mile.
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
Methods for challenging others to improve our product and strategy in a constructive way.
