This is a structured, execution-driven role focused on people and internal organization.
Responsibilities
People & HR Operations — Manage the full employee lifecycle, from coordinating onboarding and offboarding to handling internship documents and organizing team workshops. You’ll be a key point of contact for the team.
Office & Business Operations — Be the master of our internal universe. You’ll organize our digital tools (OneDrive, Confluence, Jira), manage documentation, support contract management, and assist the leadership with scheduling and operational follow-ups.
Client & Partner Coordination — Support the leadership team by preparing presentations, handling structured communication with international clients, and assisting with client onboarding paperwork.
Light Financial Admin — Assist with preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and liaising with our external accountants as needed.

Comfort working with tools (MS Office, CRM)
Ability to manage multiple priorities
