YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
As a Senior Product Manager - Pricing, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of pricing models for our ride-hailing services. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in commercial strategy, data analytics, and technical acumen to create robust and scalable pricing systems that address the needs of both B2C (consumer-facing) and B2B (enterprise-focused) segments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Legal, to design and optimize pricing models and strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Your goal will be to balance user acquisition, retention, profitability, and market competitiveness while addressing the diverse needs of both individual consumers and corporate clients.
1. Define Pricing Strategy:
* Develop and own the end-to-end pricing strategy for both B2C (e.g., riders, drivers) and B2B (e.g., enterprise clients, supply partnerships) segments.
* Establish a long-term vision for dynamic pricing, discounts, and promotions to optimize growth, profitability, and market penetration.
2. Commercial & Revenue Optimization:
* Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to drive competitive pricing models.
* Drive initiatives to improve overall profitability through innovative pricing tactics, balancing user experience with revenue generation.
* Partner with the commercial team to forecast pricing impacts on revenue and margin.
