The Faculty of Communication and Arts is looking to add a Principal Researcher to its team to join the INNOMEDIA research group in the field of Communication.
Responsibilities
* Carry out high‑quality research in the following areas:
* Professional profiles and skills for the digital ecosystem.
* Innovation in digital creation, production, marketing, and distribution.
* Digital and media literacy.
* Inclusion and representation in communication: gender, age, and diversity.
* Active participation in the search for and drafting of proposals for European, national, and regional research projects.
* Drafting and publishing scientific articles.
* Teaching classes in the Faculty of Communication and Arts.
* Assisting with research management tasks in the Faculty.
Requirements
* Doctorate related to social sciences, particularly communication.
* One to two six‑year periods of research experience.
* Proven scientific and technological experience in the field of communication.
* Publications in Q1 and Q2 scientific journals in recent years.
* Participation in at least two competitive R&D&I projects; participation as principal investigator will be valued.
* University teaching accreditation.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
* Leadership and social skills.

* Relevant research awards and distinctions.
