WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in Project Management, including at least 4 years managing technical Cyber/IT projects in large enterprise environments.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience leading technical projects in Cybersecurity or IT
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks: NIST 800‐53, SOC2, CIS Benchmarks
* Technical understanding of concepts like encryption at rest/transit, API security, CI/CD pipelines, and network segmentation
* Experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and analysts
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and diplomacy skills
* Ability to translate technical security issues into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
* Resilient and adaptable to changing cybersecurity priorities
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Availability to travel to Barcelona twice per month (MAD, VLC optional)
Nice to have:
* Experience in e‐commerce projects
* Strong soft skills: facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Lead the end-to-end execution of cybersecurity projects, from planning to delivery
* Translate high-level security requirements into detailed project plans
* Manage the lifecycle of vulnerabilities and remediation initiatives
* Oversee the integration of new security technologies and vendor relationships
* Coordinate with stakeholders to implement security controls while minimizing business disruption
* Ensure transparency and tracking of project progress
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery within cybersecurity teams
