If you enjoy working in an international environment, teamwork and rapid change, join the Truck Assistance International team! In the Truck Assistance International (TAI) department we focus on providing roadside assistance to heavy vehicles on an international level.
**What does the position consist of?**
- Advising and guiding clients towards an appropriate solution.
- Providing a quick and adapted customer service response, in accordance with the coverage guaranteed in the customer's insurance policy.
- Assigning the necessary professionals for the transfer of the vehicle and for the transfer of the occupants.
- Work in a team environment to ensure proper case management. Always follow established internal procedures and protocols.
- Regular meetings with your line manager as well as your counterparts, relying on them for the resolution of files.
- Management of invoices and claims related to each case.
**Conditions**:
**Start Date**: 11_/11_
**Training**: 11/11 - 29/11 **_Monday to Friday from_ 9:30-17h_
**Telework**:_ _The teleworking policy can be implemented only 3 to 4 months after joining the department._
**Bank Holidays**:_ _4 Spanish public holidays per year will be worked._
**Guards**:_1 in 12 weekends per year will be worked._
**Schedules**: We are looking for different working hours:
- _ From Monday to Friday 7h-15h30 or 8h-15h30_
- _ From Monday to Friday 14h30-22h_

**Your Profile** You are perfect for this role if you have**:
- High leve of written and spoken German + English and a high level of Spanish and/or French
- Other languages to be contemplated (Italian or Portugues)
- Internal/external customer orientation
- Team Work
- Interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability / Organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent telephone customer service skills.
- PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet), including strong typing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree / FPII - Demonstrated experience in telephone customer service or customer facing functions.**
