Jefe de ventas (BYD)**We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team of BYD Dealership in Madrid.This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.- Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills.- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.- Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards.- Manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff.- Participate in inventory management, working closely with the product team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand.**Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.- A minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.**Opportunities for professional development and advancement.-
