brWe are looking for a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and large-scale industrial projects. brYou will be the electrical lead of our projects in Spain as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs.
brLead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, HS and Risk management and project delivery.
brSupervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals.
brIdentify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility.
brEnsure full compliance with Spanish regulations.
brProduce official submissions for Spanish professional bodies (Colegio de Ingenieros) and local authorities.
brManage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management.
brMentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations.

brBachelor’s degree in electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
brMust-Have: Deep knowledge of Spanish regulations (REBT/CTE…).
brMinimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or mission critical Projects in Spain.
brExperience producing and delivering official submissions to “Colegio de Ingenieros” and local authorities.
brSolid experience on Large-Scale Industrial/Infrastructure projects. Experience in Data Centre Projects will be highly valued. Note: If you have deep Industrial experience but are new to Data Centres, we want to hear from you.
brLanguage: Full professional fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English .
brProject management: Proven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers
brRevit Navisworks: Competent in the use of Revit and Navisworks
