About the Role We are looking for a motivated and curious Traffic Manager Intern eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a fast‐paced, data‐driven environment. This internship offers hands‐on experience working with advertisers, partners, and marketing technologies, and contributing to projects that drive real impact.
What You'll Do Assist with the launch, testing, and scaling of ad campaigns
Help prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Support the organisation and maintenance of campaign records, links, and performance data
Help with A/B testing initiatives across banners, copy and landing pages
Analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, and CPA
Coordinate with partners and media buyers to activate new campaigns
Identify new advertisers and business opportunities
Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Provide backup support during holidays when needed
Support additional marketing activities, including email campaign set‐up, database management and deliverability monitoring
What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field
Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn and solve problems
Highly organised, detail‐oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Interest in performance marketing, ad tech and data‐driven decision making
Eager to learn, grow and contribute new ideas to the team
Eligible for an internship agreement with your university
