The Jotelulu Product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our new Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM ) vertical. You will join a cross‑functional product organization focused on IT management tools, and automation capabilities designed for MSPs and IT Departments at scale.
This is a hybrid role based in Spain, with our main office located in Madrid. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to translate complex operational workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences for IT administrators and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will play a key role in shaping how thousands of devices, users, and services are monitored, automated, and managed across the Jotelulu ecosystem.
The IT Management product is entering its first commercial phase, starting with a modern dashboard offering real‑time device visibility, interactive filtering, patch and software insights, and unified ticket metrics. You will help us scale this foundation into a full IT management platform that integrates monitoring, alerting, automation, AI insights and multi‑tenant operations.
You will
* Own the product vision, roadmap and execution for the RMM vertical, in alignment with our broader cloud and automation strategy.
* Lead product discovery with IT administrators and MSPs to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
* Prioritize and deliver core RMM capabilities, including device inventory, monitoring, patch visibility, ticket insights, and filtering capabilities for faster decision‑making.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure and AI teams to design telemetry pipelines, alerting mechanisms, automation policies, and future AI‑driven recommendations.
* Work closely with Frontend & UX teams to build a unified RMM experience across devices, organizations, and environments.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a product builder who understands operational IT workflows, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and can drive zero‑to‑one initiatives with clarity and momentum.
* 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
* Experience in at least one relevant domain: RMM, endpoint management, IT Management, or observability/monitoring in multi‑tenant platforms.
* Strong discovery skills and experience working directly with technical users (IT admins, MSPs, sysadmins).
* Proven ability to define roadmaps, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
* Comfortable working with data: defining KPIs, analysing product usage, and making decisions based on trends and insights.
* Solid understanding of concepts such as telemetry, device monitoring, patching, alerting, RBAC, and automation workflows (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should speak the language).
* Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.
* Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales and Partner Success.
* English is a must.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience building or scaling zero‑to‑one technical products in cloud or IT operations.
* Experience working with MSPs or SMB‑focused IT service providers.
* Understanding of MSP business metrics (MRR, attach rate, churn) and how product decisions drive partner value.
