Experteer Overview As Group Product Manager for Finance Automation, you will shape the multi-squad strategy to automate accounting and finance workflows, from spend capture to ERP posting. You’ll lead the Financial Experience and ERP Integrations teams to deliver an enterprise-grade, AI-enabled financial experience. You’ll partner with Finance Controllers and cross-functional partners to reduce shadow work and accelerate strategic decision making. This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, and AI, offering high impact on Perk’s revenue and customer experience. You will mentor PMs, drive a bold roadmap, and stay ahead of AI and fintech trends to transform finance automation.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Own group vision, strategy, and roadmap for Financial Experience and ERP Integrations aligned with revenue targets and mission to eliminate accounting shadow work - Lead and grow a team of PMs, fostering ownership, customer empathy, and continuous improvement - Drive high-velocity execution using customer insight, data, and AI-driven opportunities in finance workflows - Define ERP integration strategy ensuring fast onboarding and reliable data flows to major ERPs - Champion the finance controller experience across end-to-end processes from invoice to multi-entity reporting - Prototype rapidly with AI tools to accelerate development and production-ready automation - Stay informed on AI research and ERP ecosystem developments to inform product strategy - Coordinate with Finance, Revenue, Customer Care, Compliance, and Engineering leadership and manage stakeholder expectations - Represent the Finance Automation group in leadership forums and align with Builders-wide strategyResponsabilidades - 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years leading a group or managing PMs - Strong customer empathy and design thinking for complex accounting workflows - Ability to define and own product vision and roadmaps translating business goals into priorities - Experience delivering enterprise finance products for CFOs or accounting teams - Deep understanding of finance automation and ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks preferred) - Ability to collaborate with engineering on architecture, API design, and data flows - Comfort with data-driven prioritisation and KPI setting - Hands-on AI interest and prototyping experience;
