At TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, we are looking for an Expert Go-to Market in Madrid.


Job Description

Objectives of the position: Serve as the central interface and technical contact for internal customers, focusing on expert consulting. Develop, implement, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for effective and on-budget execution.

* Provide face-to-face consulting for internal customers.
* Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns and measures to generate leads and awareness based on strategic briefs and internal specifications.
* Develop campaign concepts, define customer journeys, set campaign goals, create content calendars, and manage cross-channel content production in collaboration with downstream units.
* Oversee budget allocation and maintenance for channels, ensuring effective use of funds and preparing budget and results reports.
* Generate ideas and liaise between internal customers and downstream teams, coordinating activities and analyzing target groups.
* Enhance performance through data analysis, KPI evaluation, and targeted optimization, incorporating stakeholder feedback for future activities.
* Manage projects for campaigns and measures, facilitating cross-selling opportunities.
* Coordinate procurement and production, support tendering processes.
* Distribute concepts, master content, and assets to regional teams.
* Manage external service providers and internal teams, prepare briefings, and ensure efficient project execution.
* Plan and lead brainstorming and creative meetings for idea development and implementation.


Requirements

* University degree or comparable professional qualifications in marketing.
* Minimum of three years' experience managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns, including work with internal and external agencies.
* Strong consulting, project management, and presentation skills.
* Expertise in go-to-market strategies, business performance planning, and contextualizing future plans.
* In-depth knowledge of inbound and performance marketing, marketing automation, SEM, SEO, and social media mechanisms.
* Ability to work within complex matrix organizations and ensure continuous stakeholder engagement, including top management.
* Strong conceptual thinking, judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.
* High creativity, excellent communication, assertiveness, and a hands-on approach.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet targets and deadlines.
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and build relationships.
* Independent, solution-oriented, and results-driven work style with a high sense of responsibility.
* Experience with marketing automation tools like Eloqua.
* Experience with budgeting, BI, and data analysis tools such as Power Pivot and SAP.
* Experience in the automotive or rail industry is advantageous.
* Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
