User Acquisition Analyst* NEWPublished on 11.20.2025LoeweOmnichannel & DataReference: LOEW02224Add to favoritesOpen Share* Place of employment :Madrid, Spain* Contrat type :Permanent Job* Required experience :Minimum 3 years* Work mode :Full TimeApply* POSITION* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* PROFILE* ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONPositionBeing part of LOEWE gives you the opportunity of learning new things every day and working with people passionate about what they do, in a fast moving and ambitious company.We are looking for a User Acquisition Analyst to support our global growth across Organic and Paid channels through smart analysis, optimization and collaboration with multiple teams and markets.Job responsibilitiesYour role will be:* Manage day-to-day SEM and Affiliate activities across global markets, ensuring efficiency and performance growth.* Analyse user behaviour and channel performance to identify opportunities, trends and actionable insights.* Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing and Content teams to align campaigns, messages and product priorities.* Identify key trends in the luxury/fashion landscape and translate them into meaningful recommendations.* Segment audiences, identify high-value users and prioritise them within campaigns.* Protect LOEWE's territory in search and expand brand visibility within the luxury space.* Automate reporting and measurement in Google Analytics to improve campaign tracking and decision-making.* Coordinate with agencies and technical teams on product feeds, launches and daily optimisations.* Support the team with daily/weekly/monthly analysis and share insights to enhance awareness, traffic and conversion.* Manage content requests and collaborate with publishers within the Affiliate channel.ProfileWhat is important for the role:Experience* Previous experience in user acquisition, performance marketing or data-driven roles (ideally 3+ years).* Hands-on background with Paid Search and Google Shopping campaigns.* Experience working with Google Analytics 4 and data extraction in an e-commerce environment.Soft skills* Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to understand user behaviour.* Proactive, flexible and excited about exploring new digital trends and channels.* Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.* Problem-solving attitude and a growth mindset.Technical* Confident using Google Ads, Google Trends, Search Console, Keyword Planner and the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).* Familiarity with international search engines (Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, Naver) is a plus.* Additional knowledge of SEO or experience in luxury, retail or travel is beneficial.Languages* High level of English and Spanish - you will work in an international environment.Additional informationAbout us:Created in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches 180 years as one of the world's major luxury houses.
