Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish (and English) to support one of the largest energy suppliers in Belgium.
In this role, you will be the ultimate problem‑solver for both private and commercial clients via phone and email. You’ll handle questions about contract tweaks, customer data updates, and invoice inquiries. No previous customer service experience is required – your positive attitude is what matters most.
Note: You must already live in Barcelona or be ready to relocate on short notice.
