Your mission in a few words...
Define and implement the export commercial strategy of the assigned area, aligning it with the general objectives of the company.
What would you do?
* Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in assigned countries, developing new customers, distributors and channels.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors, ensuring their loyalty and increasing market share.
* Monitor sales targets and margins, periodically analysing the area's operating account.
* Collaborate with the marketing, product and quality teams to adapt strategies and products to the particularities of the assigned market.
* Represent the company at international trade fairs and sector events, generating new business opportunities.
The Baker we're looking for...
* Minimum 5 years' experience in export management and international sales, ideally in the food sector.
* Strong track record in achieving business objectives and developing new markets.
* Excellent negotiation skills, results orientation and ability to manage high-level commercial relationships.
* Availability to travel frequently (30%-40% of the time, 1 week per month approximately).
* Residence in the province of Barcelona, with availability from Monday to Friday.
* Languages : High level of English and French essential. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
