Daikin AC Spain S.A., a multinational leader in the air conditioning, HVAC, heating, and refrigeration sector, is seeking to hire a Technician / Engineer with management skills in Madrid. The role involves overseeing the company's Official Technical Assistance Services, including comprehensive management of our suppliers / subcontractors.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :
* Identifying the needs for Technical Service, both by product and volume, including visiting potential new Service Technicians for evaluation and network expansion.
* Managing and maintaining our network of Official Technical Assistance Services, including KPI control and conducting audit visits to uphold service standards.
* Handling incidents by providing support to our sales network, clients, and Technical Services.
* Developing and tracking action plans for our network of Official Technical Assistance Services in collaboration with the department manager.
* Searching for and implementing new technical service business opportunities in the residential sector.
* Integrating within the Service Department, specifically in the area of Official Technical Assistance Services.
Minimum requirements include :
* Vocational training (FP); engineering degree is a plus.
* Knowledge of technical services management : KPIs, performance analysis, incident resolution.
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, aerothermal, and hydraulic systems.
Additional valued skills :
* Basic electronics and electrical knowledge.
* Proficiency in computer tools : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Windows, Internet.
* English language skills, both written and spoken, are desirable.
* Experience in after-sales service, preferably in the HVAC sector.
* Organizational and problem-solving skills for effective subcontractor management.
