Experteer Overview In this ICQA Area Manager role, you will lead a team within the fulfillment center’s inventory control and quality assurance functions to sustain accurate, efficient operations. You’ll partner with Operations and support teams to enforce policies, drive SOX-aligned practices, and shape process improvements that improve inventory integrity. You’ll monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and coach staff to raise accuracy and customer satisfaction. The position combines hands-on leadership with strategic problem solving in a fast-paced FC environment. You will help scale quality standards and develop the next generation of managers.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead and supervise hourly Associates, Team Leads, and Data Analysts in inventory control, QA, and problem-solving operations - Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment - Coordinate inventory control and QA with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance - Plan shifts and forecast workload;
assign and direct work - Oversee process improvements to streamline performance, quality, and productivity - Review KPIs regularly and conduct quality analyses to protect inventory integrity and customer experience - Develop process knowledge across FC paths and drive continuous improvement with operations - Assist in interviewing and training FC managers and associates;
participate in talent development - Perform daily huddles, set goals, review shift performance, and address issues - Analyze inventory discrepancies and resolution of receiving issues;
coach for accuracy - Collaborate with FC operations and central teams (Catalogue, Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Loss Prevention, Program Management) - On shift, coach, observe processes, maintain safety standards, and provide feedback to the team - Prepare handovers for the next shift with priorities and ongoing issues - Contribute to defect-free order fulfillment and world-class service through quality standardsResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree - English fluency (speaking, writing, reading) - Experience with data analysis - Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Experience leading teamsRequisitos principales -
