Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for solving real-world problems through cutting-edge AI? We're looking for a Machine Learning Manager to lead complex projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in natural language processing and generative AI.
What You’ll Do:
Lead an international team of engineers to deliver transformative AI solutions for top-tier clients.
Oversee full project lifecycles—from scope definition and technical design to execution and delivery.
Shape the technical direction of high-impact initiatives using advanced LLM, NLP, and generative AI techniques.
Curate and manage high-quality, diverse training datasets that drive model performance.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
️ What You Bring:
Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 1 year managing technical teams.
Strong command of Python, Git, Docker, and agile methodologies.
Deep understanding of generative AI and LLM techniques such as fine-tuning, RAG systems, and pruning.
Experience managing cross-functional AI/ML projects with real-world impact.
Bonus If You Have:
A PhD in a relevant field.
Experience with Tensor Networks or quantum computing.
