It is a commercial partnership focused on identifying relevant hiring situations and facilitating qualified introductions to Deep Tech Recruitment.In this context, a relevant introduction means more than identifying a company with open roles. It requires a direct connection with a decision-maker involved in hiring, and a prior interaction where the potential client has shown a clear interest in engaging with an external Talent Agency.In practice, this involves recognising companies facing growth, technical hiring challenges or team scaling needs, engaging with the appropriate stakeholder, and confirming alignment before making an introduction. From that point, we take full ownership of qualification, commercial discussions and delivery.Responsibilities

Identify companies building or scaling tech teamsRecognise relevant hiring situations (growth, new teams, leadership hires, technical bottlenecks)Engage with hiring decision-makers to understand their context and assess their openness to working with an external Talent AgencyIntroduce qualified and interested contacts to Deep Tech RecruitmentMaintain a high standard of relevance, context and professionalism in introductions Deep Tech Recruitment handles all qualification, commercial discussions, execution and delivery.Qualification CriteriaWe prioritise relevance and quality of network over volume. This partnership is best suited to individuals who meet the following criteria:Direct access to hiring decision-makers You are regularly in contact with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering or leadership teams involved in building tech teams.Exposure to real hiring situations You are able to identify when a company is scaling, opening new roles, or facing challenges in hiring technical talent.Strong positioning within a professional ecosystem You operate within startup, scale-up or tech environments, either through recruitment, advisory, consulting or operational roles.Ability to make qualified introductions You are able to engage with contacts directly and introduce opportunities where there is a genuine level of interest and relevance, not simply pass along lists or unqualified leads.Professional reliability and communication You maintain a high standard in how you represent opportunities and partners within your network.Compensation & Earning PotentialThis is a performance-based B2 B partnership.Partners receive:10% of the first-year revenue generated from clients they introduce, based on Net Fees actually received and retained.We focus on high-value, specialised roles in deep tech environments, where hiring impact and fees are significant.We specifically target companies that are building or scaling teams, not one-off hires. As a result, a single introduction often leads to multiple roles over time, creating a stream of commissions from the same client relationship.Examples:
A scaling startup hiring 3–5 engineers → multiple commissions generated from a single introductionA company building a new function (e.g. AI, platform, security) → recurring hires over several months This model is designed so that:
