WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Design, maintain, and secure the company's network and communications infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient connectivity between IT and OT environments.
1. Define and implement the architecture of corporate networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and unified communications solutions.
2. Ensure availability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure, including connectivity between plants, servers, and industrial devices.
3. Manage deployment, upgrade, and migration projects for communication systems.
4. Oversee network security policies and collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement preventive and reactive measures (firewalls, segmentation, VPN, etc.).
5. Coordinate with telecommunications and technology service providers.
6. Lead the technical communications and network support team, establishing best practices and procedures.
7. Conduct network audits, traffic analysis, and resource optimization.
8. Participate in IT/OT systems integration with a focus on industrial efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* Previous experience: more than 2 years.
* High level of English proficiency.
* At least 5 years of experience in network administration in industrial or critical environments.
* Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and equipment configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
* Experience in secure connectivity solutions, VLAN management, VPNs, corporate Wi-Fi, VoIP.
* Experience with industrial environments (SCADA, PLC, OT networks) is a plus.
* Knowledge of network cybersecurity.
* Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
