Responsibilities:
Counseling participants with burnout, depression and/or addiction issues
Coaching in the areas of self-direction, recovery and personal development
Identify needs and progress of participants and report on them within the team
Collaborating with therapists, physicians and other specialists
Contributing to a 24-hour presence and a safe, familiar environment
Thinking along to improve treatment and coaching offerings
Coaching through 12-step program Minnesota model
