Job Description: Line Cook (Cocinero/a)


Your Mission: Culinary Precision & Fluid Service Execution

Your primary goal involves preparing and presenting high-quality menu items in perfect coordination with the kitchen team. Therefore, you will work to ensure exceptional presentation, flavor, and optimal service times. To achieve this, you will optimize production lines and manage ingredient setups efficiently. By doing so, you will directly minimize service bottlenecks during peak dining hours and protect our world-class gastronomic reputation.


Your Key Responsibilities:

* Menu Execution: Prepare and cook menu dishes in close coordination with the culinary team. Specifically, you will guarantee ideal presentation, taste, and timing.

* Mise en Place: Prepare and organize high‑rotation ingredients like vegetables, spices, and foundational sauces. Consequently, you will ensure proper preservation and constant stock availability.

* Production Optimization: Streamline culinary production workflows. In addition, you will maintain an efficient balance between rapid service speed and strict quality metrics.

* Quality Auditing: Supervise and verify the standard of incoming raw materials and finished preparations to guarantee uniform presentation.

* HSE Enforcement: Adhere strictly to institutional food hygiene protocols and workplace safety guidelines. Furthermore, you will promote proper application across the team.

* Team Harmony: Foster a highly collaborative, positive, and results‑oriented work environment inside the kitchen.


Who You Are: The Motivated Culinary Professional

* The Academic: You hold a formal degree, diploma, or certificate in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a closely related professional discipline.
* Proven Experience: You bring verified, demonstrable experience working as a line cook. Ideally, this background comes from high‑volume luxury hotels, boutique resorts, or fine‑dining establishments.
* Customer‑Centric Vocación: You demonstrate a customer‑centric mindset, an active vocation for service, and a true passion for high‑end gastronomy and hospitality.
* Multi‑Tasking Expert: You possess exceptional organizational skills. Therefore, you bring a natural ability to multitask and maintain high performance in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
* Collaborative Mindset: You display strong interpersonal skills and an excellent work ethic. Specifically, you work effectively within tight timelines and under high pressure.
* Roster Flexible: You maintain full flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands. Specifically, this includes rotating morning or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
