We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to work with us within one of our clients, a leading international insurance company involved in Retail and eCommerce digital transformation projects. The role will be based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model.
Tasks
* Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects.
* Define scope, roadmap, timelines, risks and deliverables with stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Marketing, IT and vendors.
* Drive initiatives related to CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Experience and digital platforms.
* Monitor progress, manage dependencies and ensure quality delivery.
* Prepare governance materials, executive reporting and steering committees.
* Support customer journeys, data flows and continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements
* +10 years of experience in Digital Project Management, Transformation or Consulting.
* Strong experience in B2C environments such as Retail, eCommerce or customer-centric businesses.
* Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs in complex organizations.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, customer journeys, APIs and integrations.
* Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar.
* Data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English is required.
* PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.
