Qualifications:
- SHIPBOARD Employment type - Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. - 3-5 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel. - Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience. - Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues. - Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements. - Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). · - Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets. · - Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
