The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Founder in daily operations, high-level communications, and international project coordination.
This is not a standard PA role;
this is a mission-driven position at the intersection of business, consciousness, and innovation.
Key Requirements:
* Fluent / Native English and Spanish (essential)
* Dutch is a strong advantage (not fundamental)
* Profile:
* Strong personality combined with emotional intelligence
* Discreet, loyal, and highly professional
* Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
* Advanced experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, digital workflows, etc.)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-level environments
* Additional Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Highly dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented
