As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and strengthen strategic customer partnerships in the Galicia and Asturias region, ensuring excellence in commercial execution while working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth, elevate customer experience, and contribute to strong business performance across the Precision Diagnosis, Image Guided Therapy, Ultrasound and Informatics portfolio.
Responsibilities
Strategic Account Partnership – Build long‑term customer relationships, align account plans with portfolio strategy, and drive value creation.
Cross‑Functional Coordination – Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
Commercial Process Leadership – Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization with strong governance.
Operational Excellence – Systematically analyse and report sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Extensive proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably with big imaging systems.
Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.
Strong analytical capabilities and operational management skills.
Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency.
