This role is responsible for overseeing the tactical execution of IAM controls , ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and global cybersecurity standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the operation and execution of tactical IAM controls, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. • Lead evidence submission processes and manage discussions with internal and external auditors, ensuring quality assurance across all control activities. • Maintain strategic alignment through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with global cybersecurity teams. • Develop, maintain, and enforce access control policies and procedures governing user access to systems, applications, and data. • Support the Cyber Security Delivery function by improving customer experience related to cybersecurity vendor services. • Resolve escalated issues through coordination with internal departments and key stakeholders. Mandatory Skills & Experience • Experience in service level assessment, vendor performance management, and third‑party engagement. • Familiarity with ITIL methodology and strong understanding of IT and Cybersecurity BAU operations and change management. • Experience working in regulated environments. • Strong risk management and risk assessment capabilities. • Data analysis and reporting skills related to vendor performance metrics and cost‑saving initiatives. • In‑depth knowledge of GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO/IEC 27001.
