As an SEA Campaign Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. Your focus is on maximizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making. Plan, create, and manage global SEA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels. Plan, create, and manage specific Social Media campaigns for Linked, Meta etc. Take full ownership of campaign performance including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization. Continuously analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. Create assets (text, picture, video) for campaigns in all necessary formats together with creative colleagues. Design and execute A/B tests (ads, audiences, landing pages in collaboration with stakeholders). Manage keyword strategies, audience targeting, and segmentation to drive scalable performance. Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns and tracking, including UTM parameters, and conversion events. Collaborate with internal teams (website, e-commerce, content, analytics, SEO, marketing automation etc.) Prepare and present campaign performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Social Media Ads. Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate). Experience with web analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, etc.). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions. Experience managing small to medium budgets is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally within Marketing & Sales.
