We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers (B2B).
* Provide delivery commitments to customers and follow up on order activity, alerting customers and the sales team in case of discrepancies.
* Manage orders, proforma, and invoice creation and corrections.
* Receive and process customer inquiries regarding standard pricing, lead times, products, and availability through efficient and friendly communication to maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Coordinate internally with other departments (sales, logistics, finance, and production) to keep all aware of customer activities.
Job Details:
* Type of position: Full-time, indefinite contract
* Salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per year
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, split shifts
Experience and Requirements:
* Customer service experience: 2 years (desirable)
* Export experience: 1 year (desirable)
* Steel sector experience: 1 year (desirable)
* Language: English (mandatory)
