The Opportunity We are seeking a Head of Ecommerce & Marketplaces to lead and scale our business across Europe. This is a high-impact role based on our Barcelona hub, reporting to the executive team and owning the strategic roadmap for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms and global marketplaces (Amazon). What You Will Do 1. Strategic P&L Ownership Manage the full Ecommerce and Marketplace P&L, driving revenue and EBITDA targets. Define and execute the annual business plan for established and emerging European markets. Identify new business opportunities and localizations to maximize profitability. 2. Marketplace & DTC Mastery Lead performance across DTC platforms and Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central). Optimize Amazon listings (A content, Brand Stores, SEO) and retail media spend. Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), AOV growth, and customer retention across all touchpoints. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with our Madrid-based Marketing team to align brand positioning with performance execution. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Tech to ensure a scalable, efficient logistics and tech stack. Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-market ecommerce team and manage key agency partnerships. Who You Are You are a seasoned digital leader who thrives at the intersection of data-driven performance and strategic brand building. Experience: 10 years in Ecommerce leadership, specifically managing portfolios exceeding €40M in annual revenue. Marketplace Expert: You know the European Amazon ecosystem inside out. Analytical Growth-Mindset: You have a command of ecommerce KPIs and a deep understanding of retail media and attribution.
