An international services company is looking for a Senior Manager Controlling with fluent German to lead financial reporting and controlling activities across a key region.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of controlling and reporting processes, and the ability to drive improvements in systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and account reconciliations.Lead the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.Drive process improvements through technology and automation.Manage and develop a team of Controllers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in controlling and financial reporting, including team management.Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and Microsoft Office tools.Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.What’s Offered:
