We are looking for a talented, passionate, and customer‑focused Leadership and Team Effectiveness Facilitator to join our Group HR Talent & Development Team. This unique opportunity is part of a culture that invests in leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with people’s growth and teams’ success at heart, fueled by an appetite for collaborative and innovative solutions, and supported by a strategic mindset. Regular collaboration with Countries and Group Functions will let you draw insights for people development and team effectiveness, further shaping leadership development tools and team effectiveness solutions while continuously upgrading our resources to accelerate business growth.
Main Responsibilities
Overall, you will be key to achieving our company’s ambition, driving measurable impact on engagement and business performance over time. Specific responsibilities include:
* Support all leadership growth and team development through a combination of academic curricula and hands‑on learning experiences.
* Understand and appropriate our leadership model and culture.
* Make it come to life through leadership development workshops and team effectiveness interventions at all levels of seniority, including: identifying, integrating and sharing internal and external best practices; designing learning content to drive appropriation of our leadership model, competencies and behaviours by all audiences; collaborating with Markets and Group Functions to co‑build relevant content; and designing programmes for specific audiences such as women leaders, high potentials / top talents, successors to executive roles and executive leaders.
* Design team effectiveness interventions that promote our desired leadership culture and lead to tangible progress for teams.
* Use participants’ and their managers’ feedback to identify new needs and feed future programmes.
* Build trust and credibility with all internal clients and participants; build relationships across the organisation to generate actionable insights.
* Understand our business context to make our learning solutions always more applicable and relevant.
* Follow‑up with audiences post programmes to ensure learning implementation; support all colleagues’ leadership growth via relevant, impactful action plans.
* Create managers’ guides or toolkits, continuously improve them based on feedback, and keep them available and up to date.
* Propose additional or revisited content to anchor learning.
* Design and deliver customised train‑the‑trainer sessions to support trainings or team effectiveness interventions involving external partners or other internal facilitators.
* Grow and enable the network, manage communication to and from the network, and administer support from the network according to needs.
* Work with the Talent team to establish and track leading and lagging KPIs to monitor and measure the impact of our Leadership Development activities.
* Collaborate in the implementation and deployment of other leadership development tools such as 360 feedback, coaching, mentoring programmes, as needed.
* Potentially support our Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant talent development activities.
Candidate profile
Experiences & Qualifications
* Top‑tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (ideally in business, psychology or leadership development).
* Leadership facilitation: relevant experience in leadership and team effectiveness facilitation (independent, consulting, or corporate leadership development role) and at least five years of people‑management experience; ability to adapt to all levels, types and sizes of audiences for face‑to‑face or remote/virtual trainings; participant‑centred and learning‑focused facilitator who can adapt pace, tone, content and methods to meet learning objectives; strong coaching acumen.
* Leadership development: proven ability to deliver scalable learning and development programmes in a global organisation that measurably facilitates the achievement of business objectives; familiarity with adult learning practices and at least five years experience in Learning & Development in a transformative global environment.
* Stakeholder management & strategic thinking: use strategic perspective and active listening to influence leaders at all levels to promote collaboration; capable of understanding the big picture while adding value through structured proposals and attention to detail.
* Communication: strong written and oral communication skills for creating impactful tools (e‑learning scenarios, PowerPoint) and presenting them; experience and appetite for working in international multi‑cultural environments with diverse and remote teams.

The position is full‑time and based preferably in Madrid, Spain, although applicants in other Verisure Countries locations will be considered. The position might require some international travel within Europe and Latin America under a hybrid work‑from‑home policy of two days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.
