Product : Marketing Solutions for the biggest professional networking and career development platform in the world
We talk with SME companies which will use the Digital marketing services of the platform (End user).
Goal : to contact the companies, to evaluate the leads and if we see that they are suitable for the Digital Marketing Solutions of the platform to arrange an online meeting with them so that we recommend them a specific Digital Marketing Plan. If the client is positive, we close the deal and we pass the lead to the Digital Marketing Specialist of the client.
Responsibilities :
- Customer-first approach with a proven understanding of how to uncover key business objectives and how to maximize customer value.
- Management of high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach.
- Ability to identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets.
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.
- Document all relevant prospects and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process.
- Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.
- Provide accurate customer success to Managers in a clear and concise way.
- Partner with colleagues to facilitate best-practice sharing and continual learning.
Requirements :
- Native German level (C1 - C2) – very fluent verbally and in written
- High English level (C1) – good verbally and in written
- Solid experience in B2B Sales
- Any former Digital Marketing or Social media management experience/awareness is considered as a plus for the role

- Monthly salary: 1.350€ gross
- Project Bonus: 350€ gross every month (fixed bonus)

Relocation benefits package:
- Relocation Cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month.
- 4 weeks paid accommodation: The two months accommodation stay may involve sharing the apartment, meaning the common areas (not the bedroom), based on our needs and availability with another Relocation employee of the same sex.
- Assistance with finding your permanent accommodation.
- Assistance with visa, work permit issuance and Greek Hiring Documents (social and tax registrations).
- Reimbursement up to 486€ for fees and visa costs in case Visa Issuance is needed.
- Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€).
To assist relocated colleagues to cope with the required cash flow needed to rent an apartment (down payment, 1st month rent, fee of real estate agency), after two weeks of work, you are entitled to 400€ loan which can be deducted from future salaries in 4 instalments (4X100€). However, please note that you need to have available an amount of approx. xohynlm 1.000€-1.500€ for your first personal and rental related expenses in Greece.
