Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales to drive B2B travel sales across the Spanish market. This role focuses on business development, account management, product positioning, and relationship building with travel agents and partners.
The ideal candidate brings strong local travel trade knowledge, outbound destination sales experience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a competitive travel market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow the B2B travel agent network across Spain
* Build brand presence and product positioning in the local travel trade
* Generate new business opportunities, partnerships, and affiliations
* Provide client support and product training to existing partners
* Drive new sales leads and manage the full sales lifecycle
* Sell travel-related services to travel agencies and partners
* Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and active leads with agents
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones
* Coordinate with operations teams for pre-sales and booking support
Must-Have Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of experience in the Travel Industry (B2B)
* Strong experience in Business Development & Account Management
* Proven background in outbound destination sales
* Excellent command of English and Spanish (read & speak)
* Strong knowledge of the local Spanish travel trade
* Experience working with travel agents and/or airlines
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet tools
* Valid driving license
* Demonstrated job stability (minimum 2 years in an organization)
Nice to Have
* IATA certification
* Experience working with global B2B travel platforms
* Network of active travel agents across Spain
