About Our Client

Our client is an important company in the services sector with an annual billing of almost 100 million euros, currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description

* Administration - Finance: Preparation and monthly monitoring of the company's budget, supervising deviations, with knowledge of all contracts that affect the headquarters and negotiating with banks to obtain the best products.
* Associated: Maintenance of relationships, incident management, and presentation of the company's annual results, strategic plans, and actions. Analysis of local strategies, both structural and commercial, to ensure the proper implementation of signed contracts.
* Customer Service: Supervision of the manager's work and coordination with various company departments (administration, sales, and purchasing), internal customers (delegations), and external clients. Development of new applications/ASC improvements and integrations, along with proposals, improvements, budgets and implementation time-lines.
* Shopping: Prospecting, selecting, and evaluating preferred suppliers, negotiating prices and agreements, and monitoring raw materials, energy costs, exchange rates, and logistics with a strong understanding of the supply chain.
* Marketing: Management of the company's corporate image, including the brand manual, advertising image, and contracts with publications, along with the preparation of strategic plans for market positioning.
* Commercial and business: Assessment, information, and training on market evolution regarding price trends, costs, raw materials, and the supply chain to establish sales strategies with the department head based on customers and product families; confirming agreements based on margins and trading conditions with each account; defining achievable goals and objectives; and supporting meetings, trade shows, and other business-related events.
* HR: Hiring of personnel from middle management according to the needs of the size of each team.
* Board of Directors: CCAA report on the annual objectives as well as any matter related to internal and/or external operations that affect the organisation, suppliers and customers of the company.

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer that knows how to maintain the company's culture based on the technical part of the existing profiles, being able to make things happen.
