In this role, you will drive high-impact demand generation programs and portfolio continuity, translating strategic priorities into structured, measurable execution across key channels.

What you will do:
* Lead & Execute: Plan, execute, and optimize key marketing programs with a strong focus on demand generation and commercial priorities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Strategic Marketing, Digital, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing for consistent campaign execution.
* Channel Excellence: Support end-to-end execution of top-tier industry Events, Tradeshows, and Webinars (from pre-event prep to post-event lead follow-up).
* Innovation: Contribute to the implementation and scaling of cutting-edge, AI-enabled lead pre-qualification initiatives to boost funnel conversion.
* KPI-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, track campaign analytics, and apply standardized channel playbooks to ensure scalability.
What we are looking for:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
* Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or program management, ideally within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Pharma.
* Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing execution, campaign management, and handling complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
* Mindset: Analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to influence without direct authority.
* Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% for strategic team meetings or key industry events.
Key Pluses (Nice to have):
* Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana) and CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo).
* Hands-on exposure to event/webinar coordination or AI tools applied to lead qualification.
