Job Description
We are looking for:
The role of Front Office Agent is successfully executed when:
* All reception tasks are performed according to hotel standards.
* Related departments operate correctly and without incidents.
* Energy and material-saving policies are followed, and waste is recycled.
* Good communication is maintained with team members and other departments regarding issues affecting hotel operations and guest well-being.
Typical responsibilities include: ensuring guest safety and comfort at all times, managing check-in/check-out, processing guest registrations, calculating and charging payments, assisting guests while adhering to all reception policies, procedures, and standards, and being aware of emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events, and informing team members accordingly.
* Operational facilitation such as transportation, accommodation, meals during shifts, uniform laundry, etc.
