ABOUT PIXELZ Pixelz helps fashion and e-commerce brands rethink how they create visuals. We’ve delivered millions of high-quality retouched images for the most prominent integral retailers for years. Now we’re taking the next leap : building AI-powered imagery that gives brands the same quality as a photoshoot without the limitations of traditional production. We’re scaling a new capability called Digital Twins, combining creativity with advanced AI to let brands design, test, and launch visuals faster than ever before. THE ROLE The AI Artist is the creative driver of this new workflow. Your role is to turn briefs, brand guidelines, and moodboards into imagery that feels authentic, stylish, and ready for campaigns. You’ll use generative AI tools as your canvas, guiding them with your artistic judgment to craft visuals that stand shoulder to shoulder with studio photography. This position is for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong visual storytelling instincts, and a curiosity about using AI as a creative instrument. It’s not about coding or model-building; it’s about vision, aesthetics, and the ability to bring concepts to life. Responsibilities
Create striking visual content by transforming creative briefs into high-quality imagery. Craft and refine prompts that capture the right composition, lighting, and mood to shape the look and feel of outputs. Review and curate generations, selecting the strongest candidates for client delivery and retouching. Spot inconsistencies or visual flaws and ensure all outputs meet a high standard of realism. Collaborate closely with retouchers, account teams, and technical operators to ensure smooth delivery. Stay ahead of creative AI trends and experiment with new approaches to expand what’s possible in fashion visuals. Required Experience / Skills
Professional background in photography, art direction, creative direction, or design. Strong knowledge of visual composition, lighting, styling, and narrative in imagery. Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Photoshop Firefly, or similar). A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring realism and brand alignment in every output. A portfolio that demonstrates originality, taste, and strong creative judgment. NICE TO HAVE
