In this role you will develop and maintain an analytical framework to monitor customer performance across markets, driving data-driven decision making. You will translate KPI insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and help prioritize initiatives. You’ll work with global and local teams to ensure consistent definitions and reporting, contributing to Santander’s customer-centric transformation. This is an opportunity to shape how customer strategy is measured and acted upon at scale in a dynamic financial services environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and maintain a robust analytical environment to monitor customer performance across geographies, ensuring alignment between global and local views
• Define and standardize KPIs, metrics and methodologies for comparability across countries
• Design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to visualize customer performance
• Monitor key customer KPIs (e.g., CLV, NPS, churn, policy ownership) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify drivers, levers, and risks; segment customers for actionable insights
• Assess ROI and impact of strategic initiatives, and support prioritization based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with business, data and local teams to align definitions and insights; translate findings for non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades
• 3 years of professional experience in analytics and performance tracking in the insurance industry
• Experience with data analysis, KPI monitoring and business performance management
• Experience working with large and complex datasets xpzdshu from multiple sources
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Languages: very high proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
