Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid for an Agente Inmobiliario. The Agente Inmobiliario will assist clients with property transactions, including buying, renting, or selling residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities will include market analysis, showcasing properties, negotiating sales or rental agreements, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. While primarily based in Madrid, this role allows for partial work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
* Experience and certification in Real Estate, including holding a valid Real Estate License
* Strong Sales and Real Property knowledge and negotiation skills
* Excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
* Ability to analyze the market and identify opportunities for property transactions
* Proactive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in Spanish is essential; English proficiency is considered a valuable asset
* Familiarity with local real estate regulations and practices in Madrid
